Having attended every maternity hospital in Melbourne over 21 years and supported hundreds of women, men and families, I am passionately committed to enabling this to be a positive and empowering time of personal growth and change for you.

Initial Meeting

First meeting is free of charge. There is no ‘right’ time during your pregnancy to engage a doula. Contact me for more information!

Antenatal

Discuss your needs and wants so you can plan, prepare and experience your pregnancy positively. We explore mindfulness, embodiment, active birthing, communication, birth choices, parenting preparation, relationship wellbeing and more.

Birth

I am 24/7 on-call from weeks 38 until birth! I give emotional, physical, practical support and advocacy during labour at home, enroute and at the hospital.  Usually I stay until you have breastfed and have your immediate post birth needs met.  

Postnatal

I visit to debrief your birth experience, talk through any concerns you may have, nurture you and help out practically. I am here in whatever capacity to help you feel supported and secure in your role as a new parent.
