Resources for expecting and new dads & partners. Find personal support, resources and services in your local and online community.

Birth preparation – Beer + Bubs class – Attend a one night session at the pub where expectant dads learn how to support their partner through the birth of their baby. Childbirth is daunting for men too and this session prepares fathers for an active, caring role.

Birthing dads – Not for Profit organisation being designed now.  Will be offering birth, parenting and relationship preparation for expectant and new dad/other parent  

Dads group inc (Create a dads group in your local area: Connecting Dads in local communities so they can share their experiences, make new friends and enjoy a healthier, happier family life).

Australian Dads Network – The Australian Dads Network has created a place for Dads to connect with other like minded Dads. Be it on a personal or a business level, we can ensure the support is honest and without judgement. The resourcefulness of the Men in our community is next to none. Something truly unique.

Support for Fathers – Fatherhood and family relationship support.  Dads information, workshops, workplace training and resources.

PANDA (Post and Ante Natal Depression Association) is a not for profit organisation which offer informative fact sheets that are a good starting place to help you identify the signs, understand what you might be experiencing and give guidance on how to get help.

Black Dog Institute have a list of support groups in every state and territory that can help you connect with groups of people who meet regularly to discuss their experiences, their problems and their strategies for coping.
